We limit total memberships to keep coaching the highest quality and ensure members always have an open platform for their training session (you’ll never find someone doing curls in your squat rack). We welcome new members from our waiting list when an opening becomes available.
To join the waiting list, please email or call. This could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on the time you contact us, your availability, and the level of coaching you will require. We ask that you be prepared for a minimum commitment is 3 months.
*Sorry, we don’t offer drop-ins or day passes. We are fully dedicated to our members receiving long-term coaching and programming so we’re unable to accomidate any other gym use.
